Guest Policies for Lumbini Dream Garden Guest House LLC
General Terms and Conditions
- Identification: All guests must present original and valid photo identification at the time of check-in, such as Emirates ID, National ID for GCC residents, or passport.
- Age Requirement: The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to check-in.
- Child Policy: One child up to 5 years of age can stay free of charge without the use of an extra bed. Breakfast charges may apply for the child.
- Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed on the hotel premises.
- Behavioral Policy: The hotel reserves the right to take action against any guest whose behavior is deemed inappropriate after an investigation of the allegations.
- Discounted Bookings: Discounted bookings cannot be modified. Early check-out for such bookings will not result in any refund.
- Arrival Confirmation: Guests may be contacted prior to their check-in date to confirm arrival status or time. If no response is received after multiple attempts, the booking may be put on hold or canceled. Reinstatement of the booking will be subject to availability.
- Guest Feedback: As part of our ongoing efforts to improve services, guests may be contacted for feedback on their experience.
Booking Extension Policy
- Extensions will be provided at the current room rates, subject to availability. The rates may differ from the original booking rates.
Cancellation Policy
- Up to 3 Rooms:
- 24 Hours or More Before Check-in: Free cancellation with a full refund.
- Less Than 24 Hours Before Check-in: 100% of the booking value will be charged.
- On the Date of Check-in: No refunds for cancellations or no-shows.
- Mid-Stay Cancellations: If the booking is shortened before 2 PM, a one-night charge will apply. After 2 PM, a two-night charge will apply, with the remaining nights refunded.
- 4 or More Rooms:
- 30 Days or More Before Check-in: 50% of the advance amount will be charged.
- Less Than 15 Days Before Check-in: 100% of the advance amount will be charged.
- No-show: No refund will be provided.
- Mid-Stay Cancellations: No refund will be provided for shortened bookings post check-in.
Payment Policy
- For bookings longer than 7 nights, guests must settle all outstanding payments on a weekly basis. The hotel reserves the right to deny further accommodation until the outstanding amount is paid.
Early Check-in and Late Check-out
- Sunrise Check-in (Guaranteed):
- Available from 6 AM, free or at a nominal charge depending on the hotel.
- Before 6 AM: 100% of the previous day’s room rate applies.
- 6 AM onwards: 0% to 30% of the previous day’s room rate may apply.
- Standard Early Check-in (subject to availability):
- Before 6 AM: 100% of the previous day’s room rate applies.
- 6 AM to 12 Noon: 0% to 30% of the previous day’s room rate may apply.
- 12 Noon to 2 PM: Complimentary.
- Late Check-out:
- 12 Noon to 2 PM: Complimentary.
- 2 PM to 6 PM: 0% to 30% of the next day’s room rate may apply.
- After 6 PM: 100% of the next day’s room rate applies.
